This is a 5 week course for those with a chronic health condition; whereby diet is an important part of managing their health. This course is run jointly between iCope and an Islington dietician, to give nutritional guidance and ideas about how to make healthy eating choices. It also looks at how we can use mindfulness to better manage cravings, recognise when we are full or hungry or manage thoughts that might make it harder for us to make good choices.
