Sleep Group running on Thursdays from 5.30pm-7pm for 5 consecutive weeks.
The 90 minute sessions will cover techniques proven to help improve sleep, alongside other people who are experiencing similar problems to you.
If you would like to attend this group please speak to your assigned worker within iCope (who will book you a place). Otherwise, if you do not have a worker, you will need to refer yourself to iCope first (you can refer yourself by clicking here). You will need to undergo an assessment prior to taking part in this workshop. Please note these workshops are filled on a first come first served basis.
