This 3 hour educational workshop covers:
- Understanding low mood – the symptoms and triggers
- Techniques and strategies based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help improve and lift mood and motivation
- Developing an understanding of how exercise can help you and identifying common barriers and learn strategies to overcome them
- Advice on improving motivation and getting started
