  • Understanding low mood – the symptoms and triggers
  • Techniques and strategies based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help improve and lift mood and motivation
  • Developing an understanding of how exercise can help you and identifying common barriers and learn strategies to overcome them
  • Advice on improving motivation and getting started
