This 3 hour educational workshop covers:

  • Introduction to defining and understanding your own perfectionism
  • Introduction to how and why perfectionism may develop and persist
  • Differentiating between ‘helpful’ and ‘unhelpful’ perfectionism
  • A range of strategies and techniques based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for learning to overcome perfectionism
