This 3 hour educational workshop covers:
- Introduction to defining and understanding your own perfectionism
- Introduction to how and why perfectionism may develop and persist
- Differentiating between ‘helpful’ and ‘unhelpful’ perfectionism
- A range of strategies and techniques based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for learning to overcome perfectionism
If you would like to attend this workshop please speak to your assigned worker within iCope (who will book you a place). Otherwise, if you do not have a worker, you will need to refer yourself to iCope first (you can refer yourself by clicking here). You will need to undergo an assessment prior to taking part in this workshop. Please note these workshops are filled on a first come first served basis.
