Coronavirus (Covid-19) update

September 2021

We recognise that this continues to be a very difficult time and we are working hard to ensure we offer as much support as possible to people living within the Borough of Kingston. We are also working hard to follow government and NHS guidelines aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19. This means we have made some changes to how we provide psychological assessments and treatments and the type of support we offer:

  • The majority of our assessment and treatment sessions are telephone, video or online support; however, if you are unable to use these options we do have a limited number of face-to-face appointments available at Hollyfield House, Surbiton. Please note that you may experience a longer wait for these appointments than those offered remotely.
  • Due to increasing pressures on our service due to the pandemic, we are experiencing longer waits for treatment.
  • You can keep up-to-date on developments here on the website or by emailing us on cim-tr.kingston-iCope@nhs.net.
  • Our team have developed the attached COVID-19 Resource pack that you may find helpful.
